CNC Glass Cutting

Our process begins with precision. Automated CNC cutting tables ensure micron-level accuracy for complex shapes and sizes, minimizing waste maximizing efficiency.

Precision: +/- 0.1mm

Max Size: 3660 x 2440mm

Double Edger Processing

Next, the glass moves to our Double Edger machine, where opposite edges are simultaneously polished to perfection (Flat, Pencil, or Beveled) at high speeds.

Finish: Diamond Polish

Types: Flat, Pencil, Beveled

Horizontal Tempering

The glass is then subjected to extreme heat and rapid cooling in our Horizontal Tempering Furnace, increasing its strength by 4-5 times compared to annealed glass.

Temp: 600Â°C - 650Â°C

Standard: EN 12150

Insulating (DGU) Line

For energy efficiency, we assemble Double Glazed Units using robotic sealing and warm-edge spacers, filled with Argon gas for superior insulation.
